How safe are your helicopters?
Safety is our absolute top priority. All helicopters undergo continuous maintenance by certified Airbus Helicopters and Advance Aviation engineers in full compliance with manufacturer regulations.
The aircraft are equipped with emergency flotation systems, and life jackets are provided for all flights over water.
How experienced are your pilots?
All pilots have completed official Airbus Helicopters training programs and possess extensive flight experience. Each pilot has more than 2,000 flight hours, while our most experienced pilot has over 6,000 hours, ensuring exceptional professionalism and confident handling in all conditions.
How long are the sightseeing flights?
Flight durations range from 20 to 50 minutes depending on the selected route. Every tour is carefully designed to showcase Phuket’s most breathtaking landscapes and nearby islands.
Can I bring luggage onboard?
Small personal belongings are permitted on sightseeing flights.
For transfers and private charters, luggage allowances depend on the number of passengers and the aircraft type — our team will be happy to advise you during the booking process if you have any questions regarding baggage.
What should I wear for the flight?
Light, comfortable clothing suitable for a tropical climate is recommended. All helicopters are equipped with climate control systems; however, during boarding and immediately after landing, the cabin may feel warmer depending on sun exposure.
We recommend avoiding loose accessories such as hats or scarves, as strong airflow from the rotors may create a safety risk.
Should I take motion sickness medication?
Thanks to the smooth piloting style and gentle turns, most passengers do not experience motion sickness. However, if you are sensitive to motion, it is recommended to take medication approximately 30 minutes before departure.
What is the best time of day to fly?
Flights operate from sunrise to sunset.
For photography, many guests prefer early morning or late afternoon flights when the lighting is especially beautiful. Weather conditions are also typically more stable in the morning.
If weather conditions prevent the flight from operating at the scheduled time, you may reschedule free of charge or receive a full refund.
What are your operating hours?
Bookings are accepted daily during our website’s operating hours, while flights are available from sunrise until sunset.
Will we be the only passengers onboard?
Sightseeing tours are sold per seat, but private helicopter charters are also available.
If you prefer a more exclusive experience, you may reserve all seats or arrange a private charter flight. Please let us know in advance if you would like a custom itinerary.
How is passenger seating arranged?
We always try to seat couples and families together whenever possible. However, final seating arrangements are determined according to safety, balance, and weight distribution requirements.
Two premium seats next to the pilot are available for an additional charge of 750 THB per seat.
Are all locations listed in the tour description guaranteed?
We always aim to follow the planned route exactly as described. In rare cases, extreme weather conditions or air traffic control instructions may require route adjustments for safety reasons. All final decisions are made by the pilot.
At what altitude do the flights operate?
Flights are conducted in accordance with aviation safety regulations. For the EC130 helicopter, the minimum operating altitude may be approximately 90 meters.
What happens if the flight is cancelled due to weather?
If weather conditions prevent the flight from operating safely, we will offer you an alternative time or date. If rescheduling is not suitable, you will receive a full refund.
Can I bring luggage onboard the EC130?
The EC130 helicopter is equipped with three luggage compartments:
• Left compartment — up to 115 kg / 0.285 m³
• Right compartment — up to 130 kg / 0.245 m³
• Rear compartment — up to 80 kg / 0.565 m³
Luggage is NOT permitted on sightseeing flights, except for compact personal items such as handbags or small accessories.
Can passengers communicate during the flight?
Yes. All passengers are provided with Bose noise-cancelling headsets, allowing clear communication between passengers and the pilot through a two-way intercom system.
Are food, drinks, photography, and video recording allowed?
Only water in plastic bottles is permitted onboard. Food is not allowed.
Mobile devices, photography, and video recording are permitted, although signal quality may vary depending on the route.

Please note that once your booking is confirmed, a specific flight time slot is reserved exclusively for you. During this period, the helicopter, pilot, and technical crew are assigned specifically for your flight, and no other bookings are accepted for the same time slot.
In accordance with aviation operator regulations, the following policy applies:
Flight Rescheduling
The following conditions apply if you need to reschedule your flight:
• Free rescheduling is available when requested 24 hours or more before departure.
• Rescheduling requests made between 3 and 24 hours before departure are subject to a 25% fee based on the total flight cost.
• Requests made less than 3 hours before departure are treated as cancellations.
• Rescheduled flights must be completed within 30 days of the original flight date.
• All rescheduling requests are subject to aircraft availability.
Rescheduling due to weather conditions or force majeure circumstances is always provided free of charge.
Cancellations & Refunds
We understand that travel plans may change. If you are unable to attend your scheduled flight, please contact us as early as possible.
• Cancellations made more than 72 hours before departure are eligible for a refund minus a 25% service fee from the total booking amount.
• Cancellations made between 72 and 3 hours before departure are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made less than 3 hours before departure or no-shows are non-refundable and subject to a 100% charge.

Tour Description
Right after takeoff, you will fly over Nai Thon Beach before circling the "Millionaire's Mile" where Phuket's millionaires live. A minute after takeoff, you will see Nai Ton Beach, then Millionaire's Mile. It's a wealthy neighborhood with luxurious villas – it's worth seeing! Next, we will explore the Layan coast and Bang Tao Beach. And then your eyes will open to the sights of Surin and Kamala Beaches.
The next stage will be a trip to Kalim Beach. Then the helicopter will head along the shore of Patong Beach, but at a lower altitude.
