- The show starts three times a day: 18:00, 19:30, 21:00.
- Child ticket: height from 90 cm to 140 cm. Infant (free without a seat) - up to 90 cm.
- The price includes show admission only.
- Transfers are available for an additional fee. Transfer service costs one way: 50 thb from Patong, Kalim / 100 thb from Kata, Kata Noi / 80 thb from Karon, and 150 per person from Kamala.
- Only individual transfers are available from remote areas.
