Dinner in the Sky Phuket – Unique Sky Dining Experience

Dinner in the Sky Phuket is not just a restaurant, but a unique suspended dining experience. A platform with a dining table and seats is lifted by crane to approximately 50 meters above the ground, revealing breathtaking panoramic views of Phuket and the Andaman Sea. During the ascent, the platform rotates several times so every guest can enjoy the coastline, sunset, and city lights from the best possible angles.

The structure is engineered according to German DIN 4112 standards and certified by TÜV Rheinland. The platforms are manufactured in Belgium, and a full technical inspection is carried out before every session. Each guest is securely fastened with safety belts, while the crew uses professional harness systems.

Each session lasts 60 minutes. Guests can choose between a cocktail experience or a three-course dinner menu.

Cocktails in the Sky 3:30 PM – 4:30 PM — ascend 50 meters above the ground while enjoying three signature cocktails and a fresh fruit platter, or optionally choose a three-course signature dinner prepared live before your eyes.

Sunset Dinner Session 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM — a three-course dinner freshly prepared during the experience, combined with one of Phuket’s most beautiful sunsets. This is considered the ideal session for a romantic dinner.

Dinner in the Sky 7:30 PM – 8:30 PM — a classic three-course dinner while the evening lights of Karon illuminate the coastline below.

Late Cocktails in the Sky 9:00 PM – 10:00 PM — four signature cocktails with snacks or a three-course dinner for guests who prefer Phuket’s nighttime atmosphere. This session is especially popular for cocktails after sunset.

For every dinner session, guests may choose one of three sets: Meat, Seafood, or Signature Thai. All menus include an appetizer, main course, and the signature “Volcano” dessert. Between courses, a special dessert experience is served: freshly squeezed mango and passion fruit juice is instantly frozen using liquid nitrogen at -195°C to refresh the palate before the main course. The cuisine truly reaches new heights! Our chef ascends together with the guests and cooks directly on the platform.

“Meat Menu” (classic).

Appetizer — seared beef tenderloin salad with quail eggs, cherry tomatoes, capers, and parmesan chips.
Main course — duck breast with miso carrot purée and spicy cranberry sauce.
Dessert — “The Volcano”: delicate meringue with mascarpone, mango, raspberry, and passion fruit sauce; liquid nitrogen creates an eruption effect.

“Seafood Menu” (ocean-inspired).

Appetizer — grilled shrimp salad with zucchini, mango, passion fruit dressing, sesame, and edamame beans.

Main course — baked cobia fish with miso glaze, spinach, and enoki mushrooms served with beurre blanc sauce.
Dessert — “Volcano”.

Appetizer — octopus in green curry sauce with roasted Thai eggplants and fresh cha-om herbs.

Main course — Tom Yum seafood soup with shrimp, octopus, squid, mussels, sea bass, red caviar, mushrooms, and tomatoes.
Dessert — “Volcano”.
