General Information & Shooting Conditions
How to Book a Photo Session
Choose your preferred package and reserve your date in advance. Payment must be completed at least 24 hours before the shoot. After arriving in Phuket, please confirm your session date by phone or messenger.
If confirmation is not received within 24 hours after arrival, the booking may be cancelled. If your plans change, please let us know as early as possible.
Once the date is confirmed, we will finalize all details including location, timing, participants and additional services.
On the Day of the Shoot
In the morning, we will contact you to confirm weather conditions. After that, we meet at the selected location.
Brides are advised to bring their dress as well as personal skincare and haircare essentials. Professional styling services can also be arranged in advance. A skilled makeup artist plays a huge role in creating a polished final look.
Before the Shoot
• Avoid excessive sun exposure before the session — sunburn and redness can affect the final images. Use sunscreen regularly.
• Prepare facial touch-up essentials such as tissues, powder, foundation and lip gloss.
• We also recommend exploring posing references beforehand and arriving in a positive, relaxed mood.
Wardrobe Recommendations
Your outfit plays a major role in the final visual result.
• Avoid dark colors and large logos.
• White, red, yellow, blue and other vibrant tropical tones work best.
• For men: light shirts, shorts or smart casual looks. For women: dresses, flowing outfits and beachwear styles.
• It’s best to bring your outfits with you, as finding the right wardrobe on the island can sometimes be difficult.
Food & Drinks Before the Shoot
Just in case — we recommend avoiding unfamiliar food and excessive alcohol the day before your session.
Photo Delivery & Storage
• All original files will be delivered within 3 days via a private download link through WhatsApp or e-mail.
• Professionally retouched images will be delivered within 2–3 weeks after you send the selected photo numbers for editing.
• During peak season, delivery times may occasionally be slightly longer.
• Files are stored for 7 days after delivery. Please download and back up your photos promptly.
Selecting Photos for Retouching
You select the images for retouching yourself — this ensures your favorite shots receive professional editing. If needed, the photographer can also assist with the selection process.
The deadline for submitting selected photo numbers is 15 days after the shoot. After this period, the order is considered completed.

All photos are protected by copyright and may be used in our portfolio, social media channels and promotional materials.
Guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs may be refused participation in the session without refund.
