The Erawadee Pharmacy Factory was established as part of the Royal Project for the development of traditional Thai medicine. The Erawadee Factory produces the highest quality products according to ancient recipes that are over 3000 years old. These recipes have been carefully preserved and passed down through generations for centuries.
Our company operates with the support of the Thai royal family, specifically Princess Chulabhorn Walailak, who actively supports the development of medicine in the country. For its contribution to the popularization of traditional Thai medicine, the factory has been awarded: the National Development Award named after King Rama IX, Product of the Year, the Thai Heritage Enhancement Award, ASEAN Best BIZ&Product, the Thai Tradition Development Award, and many others.
All our products are made from plant-based ingredients. The factory is a sanctuary where future components of medicines, cosmetics, and medicinal teas grow in their natural conditions. We do not use pesticides, growth stimulants, mineral fertilizers, or greenhouses—only tropical sun and rain. Our products are eco-friendly and fully certified. All herbs are hand-picked.
The factory covers an area of 20,000 m2 and employs over 300 people. Thai philosophy involves respectful treatment of nature and harmony with it. The peculiarity of traditional Thai medicine is that its methods bring the human body to balance by addressing the root causes of the disease. This distinguishes it from conventional medicine, which focuses on suppressing symptoms.
